We want you to love your Lushlete pieces, but if something’s not quite right—we’ve got you covered. Below are our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at lushleteteam@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Scroll down and use the contact form below to submit your request.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and a brief reason.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

REFUNDS

You have 10 days from the delivery date to initiate a refund. All refund items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Return shipping is not covered for refunds
  • Sale items are non-refundable

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Final sale items, worn products, and anything returned outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

SITE-WIDE SALES

Items purchased during major sale events (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day) are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please choose carefully when purchasing these products.
